Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Maximum adult weight is 80 pounds.
Limit of 2 pets allowed per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged.
